France fall retreat 2018 was held in the picturesque and pristine countryside of southwestern France at Château Ladausse. Our theme was "Reboot your mind, cleanse your body and uplift your spirit".
6 days and 5 nights.
Each day we wake early for sadhana (yoga & meditation), participate in mind and body workshops, explore the regions beauty with afternoon excursions and end the day with meditation. 2018 presenters; Chari Long, Sheyrena Boswell, Jennifer Reitveld & Chavonne Long
A bountiful nutritious cleansing diet of fresh prepared foods are provided with 3 meals and snacks daily.
