House Rules
No smoking (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarette or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors)
No candles or open flames in the house, no fires in the firepit
No parties, or events - Overnight guests not included on the rental agreement will incur a charge of $25 per person, per night
No sleeping on the couches (An air mattress will be provided upon request)
No animals
No outdoor shoes in the house
No more than two cars in the driveway at anytime
Do not trespass in the neighbors yard, ei. Do not park, drive, walk or step on the neighbors driveway adjacent to our driveway. Please park your vehicle(s) accordingly so that you have room to exit your vehicle without stepping onto the neighbors property and do not use their driveway as a walking path
City ordinance, quiet hours between 10PM & 7AM
Thermostat; not above 68 in the winter, set to 65 when you are out - not below 74 in the summer set to 76 when you are out.
Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 10AM - Self check-in with keypad code
Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult
There are motion sensor cameras at the front door and driveway
Help us keep the wood floors and furniture free from water damage, keep wet towels on the hooks in the bathroom or in the laundry hamper outside the upstairs bathroom.
